HOW TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants must visit [www.mtmwatch.com] and complete the entry form by providing their first and last name, email address, and phone number including other information on the forum. Participants must also agree to opt-in for future marketing communications from MTM Watch and its Sponsors, including Safariland Group, Oakley, and Princeton Tec. By entering, participants consent to the collection and sharing of their personal information with the Sponsors for marketing purposes.

Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by a participant to submit more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, email addresses, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries, and they may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at the discretion of the Sponsors.

 PRIZES:

The following prizes will be awarded to one (1) randomly selected winner:

MTM Watch: One (1) Hypertec Solar Watch, valued at $695.

Safariland Group: One (1) $250 online gift card for purchase of holsters or holster accessories.

Oakley: Two (2) pairs of sunglasses valued at $300 in total.

Princeton Tec: One (1) Charge X helmet-mounted light in the color black at $175 in value.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash alternative is permitted, except at the Sponsors’ discretion. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value in case the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

WINNER SELECTION:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will occur within seven (7) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via the email address and/or phone number provided at entry within 10 business days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days. If a potential winner does not respond within this time frame or if a potential winner is found ineligible or otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

 ODDS OF WINNING:

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.

Participants agree to hold harmless and release the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize.

 PRIVACY AND DATA SHARING:

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the Sponsors for marketing and promotional purposes, including sharing the information with Safariland Group, Oakley, and Princeton Tec. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in such communications.

 TAXES:

All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes.

 DISPUTES:

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Los Angeles, California having jurisdiction.

 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The Sponsors are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate entries, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process, or (iv) any other error or problem that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the winner, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.

 PUBLICITY RELEASE:

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, promotional, and other purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if any technical or other problem interferes with the integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsors also reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

FORCE MAJEURE:

The Sponsors shall not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations under this Sweepstakes or for the delay in performing such obligations where the failure or delay is due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, governmental orders, or any other event that could disrupt the Sweepstakes or make it impossible to fulfill the prizes (“Force Majeure”). If such an event occurs, the Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

The prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Sponsors do not guarantee or warrant that any prize will meet the winner’s expectations or that the prize will be free from defects. The Sponsors expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any damage or injury arising from the use of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.

 INDEMNIFICATION:

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the participant’s entry or participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) the participant’s breach of these Official Rules; (c) any misuse of a prize; and (d) any violation of applicable laws.

 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names associated with the Sponsors or the Sweepstakes are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge and agree that they do not acquire any ownership rights in any intellectual property of the Sponsors or their affiliates.

 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California. Participants expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

 SEVERABILITY:

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining rules, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the participants and the Sponsors concerning the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, regarding the Sweepstakes.

 NO WAIVER:

The failure of the Sponsors to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision, nor shall it be considered a waiver of any other provision. No waiver by the Sponsors shall be deemed to be a continuing waiver unless explicitly stated as such in writing.

 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that the Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.

By participating, participants acknowledge and agree that the Sponsors are not responsible for any third-party products or services provided as part of the prizes, and any complaints or issues with such products or services must be addressed directly with the third-party providers (i.e., Safariland Group, Oakley, Princeton Tec).

 AMENDMENT OF OFFICIAL RULES:

The Sponsors reserve the right to amend these Official Rules at any time without prior notice in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations or if necessary, for the smooth operation of the Sweepstakes. Any amendments will be posted on the Sponsors’ websites and will become effective immediately upon posting.

NO AFFILIATION WITH THIRD PARTIES:

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms or third-party websites where the Sweepstakes may be promoted or advertised, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social network. By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility or liability for the Sweepstakes.

 ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) lost, late, incomplete, or inaccurate entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
