If you are located within the United States and need service for your MTM watch, please follow the instructions below to begin the repair process.

To start, send your watch in secure, well-cushioned packaging using the carrier of your choice to the following address:

Please include a note inside the package with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Current U.S. return shipping address

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • A brief description of the issue(s) you are experiencing

For your protection, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. MTM is not responsible for packages lost in transit or not received.

Once your watch is received:

  • It will be inspected by an MTM technician within 3–5 business days

  • We will follow up with a detailed service estimate

Service Costs:

  • Service Charge: Provided in the estimate after inspection

  • Return Shipping within the U.S.: $30.00

After you approve the estimate, please allow 10–15 business days for service and testing to be completed. Once the repair is finished, you will receive an updated invoice and a  tracking number when your watch ships back to you.

A signature will be required upon return delivery. If your return address has changed or needs to be updated, please notify us before we ship your watch.
