Can I Have Different Billing and Shipping Addresses?
MTM | Watch highly recommends that the billing and shipping address are identical whenever possible to avoid shipment delays. Every address and phone number submitted to MTM Watch will be verified. We do offer the option of shipping to a different address than the billing address. However, if your shipping address is different from your billing address, our customer service department will contact you for verification documents prior to your order being shipped.

For international orders, MTM does not offer this option. Your shipping and credit card billing address must be the same for international (outside U.S.) orders. Please comply with our ordering policy so that there is no delay in processing your order.

Please note MTM shipping charges are for shipping & handling only and DOES NOT cover any taxes, customs or duties imposed by the destination country.

Please be aware that all taxes and duties are your responsibility and must be paid by you to your local customs office upon the arrival of your timepiece.

All international customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause.

Customers also take the responsibility that the watches they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country.

Shipping Procedures:
For security reasons and due to product value, a signature of receipt will be required upon delivery of your watch by the carrier. If you are unable to sign upon delivery, you must then pick up your watch at the shipping facility designated by the carrier. If your watch is not collected within the timeframe indicated by the carrier and is returned to MTM, you will be responsible for freight and return shipping charges.

UPS shipments are delivered on business days only, not weekends or holidays. If you would like to request Saturday delivery, please contact customer service to place your order over the phone at 1-800-284-9487 or 213-741-0808.

Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All PO box, APO/FPO orders will be defaulted to ship via USPS on the following business day.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped complimentary by U.S. Mail. It should be understood that these are considered domestic U.S. addresses, not international. The United States should be designated as the ship-to country, not the country of final destination.

Note that all orders will be processed in the order they are received. For orders where expedited shipping is requested, including overnight/next day requests, please note that order processing times can delay the shipping date for the order.

Most orders will typically ship within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods. You will be provided the carrier name and tracking number via email by the carrier once your order ships.

MTM Shipping Charges and Estimated Times of Delivery
MTM offers free complimentary ground shipping for all watch orders over $500.00 made directly from MTM and shipping to a US address.

For orders below $500.00, your total shipping charges are computed by the courier ( UPS or FedEx) and displayed automatically at checkout or in your cart, in real time. The total charges will depend upon the weight of your order, distance (zone), and your choice of delivery options, seen below:

Estimated time of delivery for ground service is 3 to 5 business days.
Cutoff Time: 2:00 p.m. Pacific (Daylight) time zone. orders placed after cutoff time, will not be processed until the following business day (holidays excluded).
All orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Pacific (Daylight) Time Zone on Fridays or during the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday/business day.

Standard Shipping (2 to 5 Business Days)
Shipping charges within the United States are computed electronically by FedEx or UPS and depend upon the zone to which your order is to be delivered and the total weight of your order. The total shipping charges are automatically computed by the courier, USPS or FedEx, and added to the order total prior to checking out.

“Standard Shipping” is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

3rd Business Day
Shipping charges within the United States are computed electronically by USPS and FedEx and depend upon the zone to which your order is to be delivered and the total weight of your order. The total shipping charges are automatically computed by the courier, USPS or FedEx, and added to the order total prior to checking out.

“Third Business Day” shipping option is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

2nd Business Day
Shipping charges within the United States are computed electronically by USPS and FedEx and depend upon the zone to which your order is to be delivered and the total weight of your order. The total shipping charges are automatically computed by the courier, FedEx or UPS, and added to the order total prior to checking out.
“Second Business Day” shipping option is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Next Business Day
For “Next Day A.M. Delivery,” please call customer service.

“Next Business Day” shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

International Shipping Rates:
All international orders will be shipped via FedEx or DHL Express. The shipping duration can take between 2 to 5 days.

For most countries the shipping flat rate is $75.00.
For Canada, the shipping rate is CAD $62.00 flat rate.
For Mexico, the shipping rate is MXN $1,500 flat rate (approximately USD $85).
For some countries, rates will vary depending upon the total weight of your order and the destination. These rates are determined by FedEx or DHL in real time and are displayed in your cart at checkout, automatically by FedEx.

Shopping on Google:
MTM offers free complimentary ground shipping for all watch orders over $500.00 made through Shopping on Google within the United States. Estimated time of delivery is 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that these rates are specifically for purchases made through “Shopping on Google.” For other purchases, please refer to our general shipping rates.
