Navy SEAL Approved: MTM Special Ops Silencer Watch

The latest MTM watch review is by Chief Chris Sajnog, an accomplished US Navy SEAL Sniper veteran, author of the bestselling ‘How to Shoot Like Navy SEAL’, Community Cub Scout leader, and family man.

We sent Sajnog a black stainless steel Silencer to test and assess. He wore it for a couple of months and recently posted the review on his website. Sajnog digs right in and grants the MTM Special Ops Silencer watch the official Navy SEAL of approval due to its high functionality and aesthetically pleasing demeanor. He goes on to dissect the watch features, composition and functionalities in accordance to it deserving such honor. Sajnog demonstrates and illustrates the many features of the Silencer; it’s rechargeable stand, low-profile analog watch face that appears with the push of a button, and powerful multi-mode lighting system that acts as a flashlight or emergency strobe light, to name a few.

Midway through the review, Sajnog shifts focus from features and functionality to the watch case and band, which are made of one solid piece of stainless steel for protection and durability. He then demonstrates the function of the lock down buttons on each side and compares them in relation to similar watches. Sajnog ends his initial reactions by highlighting the Silencers’ rechargeable lithium battery that once fully charged lasts 2-4 months (depending on usage).

Subsequently, after reviewing the watch features, Sajnog goes on to mention the cost of the watch not being “cheap”. At $895.00, the MTM Special Ops Silencer watch is an investment and like anything else in life, you get what you pay for. Consequently, Sajnog points out that you might find cheaper, but you won’t find better. In conclusion, Sajnog gives the MTM Special Ops Silencer the Navy SEAL Approved stamp!

The 3-GER’s elevated bezel is one of a kind. By slightly rotating the bezel counter-clockwise, the 3-GER’s proprietary gearing mechanism will raise the entire bezel 1 millimeter above the watch’s sapphire crystal. This provides an added level of protection to the crystal when the wearer encounters extreme conditions or makes rough contact with sharp or hard objects. By simply repeating the counter-clockwise rotation once, the bezel returns to its normal position, which is level with the sapphire crystal. The dial is also specially designed with raised block indexes and numerals. The three chronograph sub-dials are also raised and correspondingly trimmed to coordinate with each of the 3-GER’s finishes and the 3’oclock positioned day/date window. The watch case back contains a transparent, exhibition type sapphire crystal glass, providing visibility into the watch movement. It is also stamped and molded with MTM’s dagger insignia.

Design ingenuity and attention to detail does not stop with the 3-GER’s watch case, dial, hands or bezel. The bracelet is unprecedented within the the watch world and has not been manufactured or designed by any other company at any price point. It is the world’s first ball-bearing watch bracelet/band. Each individual bracelet link is CNC machined from solid titanium and precisely connected via machined and polished bearings, rather than standard pins. Exclusive MTM Warrior & MAFIA III Promotion

In partnership with Hangar 13 and 2K Games, MTM Special Ops promoted the release of the highly anticipated MAFIA III action-adventure video game. This release marks one of the largest in recent 2K Inc. history. The collaboration amongst MTM & 2K produced a dynamic promotion and timepiece that was exclusively made for the designers and developers of MAFIA III. The custom-made MAFIA III Warrior Watch was crafted with the 223^rd skull logo engraved on the back of the watch case and silk patch on the band with the MAFIA “III” logo on the watch dial at 3’clock. These watches were limited in production and are not commonly available to the public.

MTM Special Ops joined forces with MAFIA III to also execute a sweepstakes open to residents of the United States in order to promote the release of the game and offer anticipating gamers and watch lovers the opportunity to grab a hold of the MAFIA III watch and game. Thousands of entries to win the grand prize were accepted, but in the end, only one winner was announced on Friday October 21st on the MTM Special Ops Facebook fan page. 2K XCOM 2 & Watch Giveaway

MTM Special Ops and 2K Games Inc. have recently been hard at work with collaborative partnerships and promotions through the summer and into Fall 2016. On August 15^th, 2016 we launched a sweepstakes giveaway for the newly released 2K XCOM 2 Video Game. A custom-made XCOM 2 Hypertec Chrono Watch was created exclusively for 2K and the Grand Prize winner. The promotion gained over five thousand submission entries, and the winner was announced on the MTM Facebook Fan Page on September 14^th, 2016. The winner received a Grand Prize, which included the newly released XCOM 2 Video Game, XBOX One Video Game Console and Hypertec Chrono XCOM 2 Watch. Matthew Neese of South Carolina was announced the winner, in which he expressed great thanks and is happily playing the game and wearing the watch.

The promotion gained widespread attention across Europe and various countries but was only open to United States resident above the age of 18. EJ Snyder Wears MTM SEAL Watch on Dual Survival

In this awesome new Discovery Channel series of Dual Survival, EJ “Skullcrusher” Snyder, well known from Naked & Afraid, takes his MTM Special Ops SEAL watch with him as he conquers the wild with his survival partner Jeff Zausch. The United States Air Force Charity Ball

MTM Special Ops donated a Hypertec Chrono 3 watch to the 2016 United States Air Force Charity Ball that sold for over three times its retail value. Since the charity ball began in 2004, it has generated over $7.25 million and has become one of the largest contributors to the Air Force Aid Society (AFAS), the official charity of the United States Air Force. In 2014, AFAS provided $16.9 million to over sixty-one thousand United States Air Force members in direct assistance. The charity ball committee is led by the Air Force Officers’ Spouses Club (AFOSC), which is a military spouses’ organization, now leading one of the largest fundraisers for United States Airmen and their families worldwide.

Over 800 members of the USAF community attend the charity ball event every year, which includes elegant dining and entertainment, followed by a much anticipated silent auction. Dozens of corporate sponsors, civic leaders, and groups, along with the spouse’s club, make this gala possible and a complete success for all of those involved. MTM Special Ops Watches is very proud and grateful to be involved with such a great cause to support US Airmen and their families. The 2016 USAF Charity Ball raised over $550,000 for the Air Force Aid Society. MTM will continue to donate to the event in 2017 and hopes that its success continues to grow over the next coming years.

Watch Giveaway For Wounded Warrior Project Alumni

These wounded veterans were recently awarded with MTM Watches as a sign of our appreciation for their service. Serving as Peer Support Facilitators with Wounded Warrior Project, these veterans have transitioned from recovery to being warriors helping other warriors in need. Jamie Landin (left) received an MTM Patriot Watch, and John Sanders (right) received an MTM Hypertec Chrono.

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is a charity organization that provides service to military veterans and service members that have suffered a physical or mental injury, illness or wound during their military service on or after September 11, 2001. WWP has over eighty-five thousand registered warriors and over sixteen thousand registered family members within their Alumni. Many warriors sustain physical injuries, but it is estimated that over four-hundred thousand suffer from invisible wounds, otherwise known as PTSD or post-traumatic stress disorder. Whether or not military members have endured physical or mental injuries, Wounded Warrior Project takes a holistic approach to helping the wounded heal their mind and body through four pillars, engagement, mind, body and economic empowerment.

MTM Special Ops has supported Wounded Warrior Project for a number of years, and is extremely grateful for WWP and their mission. Through partnership, collaboration and a common goal, MTM Special Ops and Wounded Warrior Project continues to give back to our invaluable troops. Enjoy the watches!

MTM Special Ops Watches Jordan featured in Venture Magazine

This month, the MTM Special Ops location in Jordan announced its three winners of an MTM Special Ops Watch from their Facebook page. These three fans of the MTM AMMAN/Jordan Facebook page, gained the most likes on their shared watch images. In collaboration with Elegant Watches Boutique, an elegant ceremony was held in honor of the winners on March 3^rd 2016. They described a festive atmosphere, as the winners were excited to receive their prize. MTM Special Ops Watch Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA thanks Elegant Watches Boutique and MTM Special Ops Watch Jordan for their continued support and success. The event was featured in Jordan Venture Magazine on April 16^th, 2016 with a picture of the group.
